Flushing unit or restroom trailer: which do I need?
A flushing unit needs no power, water, or level trailer pad. That lets it fit places a trailer cannot reach. A restroom trailer gives lights, mirrors, and climate control. It also needs a 20-amp outlet and a hose. A backyard party of 75 guests over four hours needs two units, and two flushing units cover it well.
Compare both on the restroom trailer rental page.
Does a flushing unit stay cleaner than a regular one?
A flushing unit looks and feels nicer, but its tank fills at the same pace as a standard unit. Every unit uses a deodorizing chemical to control odor and germs. Pick the flushing unit for guest comfort and the sink. Add a mid-event service if the crowd is large.
When does flushing porta potty rental in Cookeville make sense?
Flushing porta potty rental in Cookeville fits events where guests expect a sink. Think bridal showers, backyard weddings, Tennessee Tech graduation parties, and office cookouts. The unit also suits a lake home where the septic tank cannot take a crowd. For a casual crowd, a standard unit with a hand-wash station costs less.

Can a flushing unit sit out in freezing weather?
A flushing unit can freeze in Cookeville winters, when the January average low sits near 26°F. Fresh water in the flush tank and sink is the weak spot. Flushing units work best from spring through fall. A winter event should use a standard unit with a heated hand-wash station. A heated restroom trailer also works.
See the winter rental guide for cold-weather options.
Where should the flushing unit go?
Set the flushing unit on firm, level ground so the flush and sink drain correctly. The 47-inch base needs a gate or path about 4.5 ft wide to reach a backyard. Keep the unit near the party but away from the food table. In summer, pick a shady spot.
Add a wheelchair-accessible unit beside it when older guests are coming.
Questions about flushing units
A flushing unit with a sink starts at $295 per event, with Putnam County delivery included. The Fleet FS3 carries its own fresh water, so no hookup is needed, and sink units go fast in spring. Job sites can rent one with weekly refills, and two units on one trip share a single delivery.
How much is a flushing porta potty with a sink?
A deluxe flushing unit with a sink starts at $295 per event, covering up to 4 days on site. Delivery and pickup inside Putnam County are included. Farther sites add a one-time distance charge of $35, $65 or $95. Tax is extra, and the quote shows the full total with no surprise fees.
Do you have a porta potty with a sink inside?
The Fleet FS3 has a sink built in, with soap and paper towels. The sink and flush use the unit's own fresh water, so no hookup is needed. Sink units are limited on busy spring weekends and graduation season, so reserve one as soon as the date is set.
Does the flushing unit need a water hookup?
The Fleet FS3 carries its own fresh-water tank for the flush and sink. The driver fills that tank at delivery, so the unit works in a field, a backyard, or a church lot with no spigot. For multi-day events, a service visit refills the fresh water.
Can I get a flushing unit with a sink on my job site?
A flushing unit or a sink unit can go on a job site with weekly service. The rate runs higher than a standard unit because the fresh water is refilled at each visit. The setup suits model homes, office trailers, and remodels where plumbing is shut off.
Is it cheaper per unit if I rent two flushing units?
Two units on one trip share the delivery, so the cost per unit drops. A pair of flushing units also lets you sign one for men and one for women. Ask for a quote on one and two units side by side to compare.
