Where should Baxter renters place units near Cane Creek?
Baxter renters near Cane Creek should place units on high, firm ground, well above the creek bottoms. The creek rises fast after storms. State staff warn that its crossings at Window Cliffs can turn impassable in high water. A unit in a low spot can tip, flood or get cut off from our truck.
Exit 280 access
I-40 exit 280 is the Baxter exit, and most of town sits within minutes of it. For a commercial job near the exit, tell us which side road your gate faces. The unit then lands at the right gate on the first try, and your crew is not left waiting on a second trip.
Back roads toward Cane Creek
The state's directions to Window Cliffs run from exit 280 down Ditty Road, Moss Road, Cookeville Boat Dock Road, Old Mill Road and Old Cane Creek Road. That is 7.3 miles of narrow, winding road. Homes and farms out that way get delivery and service too. Give us the last turn and any gate code so the driver finds you.
Wet weather in the hollows
The Cookeville area gets about 59 inches of rain a year. In Baxter's creek hollows, that means soft ground most springs. We set units on gravel, packed dirt or a pad when we can. On open fields, we can stake units so summer storm winds do not push them over. Tell us if your site floods.
What do farms and builders need from porta potty rental in Baxter, TN?
Baxter farms and home builders rent single standard units most. OSHA's minimum is one toilet for up to 20 workers, and we suggest one per 10. Farm crews with 11 or more hand-laborers also need a hand-wash station within a quarter-mile walk. We move units between fields when the work shifts.

Baxter porta potty questions
Baxter units arrive next day and often the same day, with event delivery included. Old Cane Creek Road farms need a spot above the creek, July reunions need shade and a mid-event service, a towable trailer can follow farm crews, and a 100-person church picnic needs two units, one of them wheelchair-accessible.
Can you deliver to a farm off Old Cane Creek Road in Baxter?
We deliver there. The road is narrow and winds down toward the creek, so we need a clear spot close to the road. Avoid the low ground by the water. Tell us about gates, cattle guards or tight turns, and we will plan the drop and weekly service around them.
I'm hosting a family reunion in Baxter in July. How do I keep the units from smelling?
Ask for shade and a mid-event service. July highs here run about 87 to 88 degrees with heavy humidity, and heat speeds up odor. We place units out of direct sun when the site allows. A deluxe flushing unit with a sink also helps guests feel fresher.
Do you serve Baxter on Saturdays?
Our trucks run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM. A Saturday order in Baxter can still go out the same day if you call before noon and a truck is free. For weekend events, we usually drop units on Friday and pick them up Monday.
Is a towable porta potty trailer good for Baxter farm work?
A towable porta potty trailer works well when crews move across a big farm. You can pull it from field to field behind a truck. It keeps the toilet near the work, so you stay inside the quarter-mile rule for farm crews. Ask about hitch type when you book.
How many units do I need for a Baxter church picnic of 100 people?
Plan on two standard units for 100 guests over about four hours. Serving food in Baxter? Put a hand-wash station beside the unit. Make one of the two a wheelchair-accessible unit so every guest is covered. For a longer day or a crowd with drinks, add one more unit.
